How fast can you pick up a package?

What's the difference between Rush and Standard service?
Rapid Rush is a dedicated, point-to-point run — one driver, your delivery only. We pick it up as soon as we can and drive it direct, with no other stops along the way. Standard rides an efficient shared route, with pickup and delivery inside three hours anywhere in the 495 belt, at a lower price. How is pricing calculated?

Do you offer volume or account pricing?
Yes. Businesses with regular volume get account pricing, consolidated monthly invoicing, and priority dispatch. Scheduled routes are priced per-route and are significantly cheaper than one-off bookings.
Can you handle medical specimens and pharmaceuticals?
Yes — medical courier work is one of our core services. Drivers are HIPAA-aware and trained in specimen handling, we support temperature-controlled transport, and we sign BAAs with healthcare clients.
Do you file documents at courthouses and registries?
Daily. Our drivers file at the clerks' counters across Suffolk, Norfolk, and Plymouth counties and can wait for time-stamps and recording confirmations.
What proof of delivery do I get?
Signature capture with a time stamp on every delivery. Dispatch can also confirm delivery to you by phone or email in real time.
What vehicles do you run?
Bike couriers in downtown Boston, cars and cargo vans for most work, and box trucks with liftgates for palletized freight — all under one dispatch.
How do I set up a recurring route?
